I am writing to you to thank you so much for getting Adam's computer repaired. You probably don't remember but PC World said the parts were unobtainable after weeks of delay. You had your specialists check it out and thankfully managed to repair it. Will you please thank your specialist staff for doing this. Please do this as it is nice to be appreciated and have your work respected.
