CATS can agree settlement with an insured on the technology products they are claiming for, answering any technical questions they or the claim instructor may have, to make genuine claim settlement nice and easy.
Settlement will be discussed on a specification basis only unless the instructor of the claim authorises CATS to discuss settlement costs as well with the policyholder.
