CATS are an amazing team of extremely professional and friendly people who are always happy to help. I work in video production, and my insurer runs all claim validations and repairs through them, and I can honestly say that their service and customer care is always flawless!

Recently, after my laptop was declared a write-off, I was in a tricky situation, as the laptop contained important files that were not backed up anywhere else! I spoke to one of the tech consultants there, who took time to understand the gravity of my issue, and worked with the engineers to see if there was any way they could access the files (which is easier said than done from a broken Macbook!). They were so transparent and responsive throughout the process, and today I found out that they had managed to retrieve the file!!!! They just saved me a lot of time, and I'm truly so grateful.
