Low cost recovery & data transfer is FREE!

We have a high success rate in data recovery. However, unlike traditional providers, our data recovery costs are low.

Following assessment of a product and where possible our engineers will transfer a DVD’s worth of data for FREE*. Dependant on the accessibility of the data, charges for anything in addition to this will be based on the time it takes to extract the data.

All data we are privy to is treated in the strictest confidence regardless of whether this is policyholders personal data, claims or policy information. We are fully compliant with the data protection act and as such are registered with the Information Commissioners Office. Our registration number is Z9353723

All storage devices that are no longer needed are destroyed and disposed of in line with the WEEE directive.

In the majority of cases the assessment of whether data can be recovered is also FREE!
